How do I return an order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how to return it.

Return eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Wetsuits must be unworn and in original packaging
• Sale items are not eligible for return

How to return

1. Email [e-mail] with your order number
2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack the item securely and drop it at your nearest post office
4. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return
